Mr. Spink has worked as an intern in the Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s office and was a member of the Law Review at the Charlotte Law School. And, Mr. Burns was an Assistant Solicitor for the Sixteenth Circuit in York County where he prosecuted DUI and drug crimes.
