Million Dollar Advocates Forum

Established in 1993, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum is a group of trial lawyers across the United States who have achieved verdicts and/or settlements for their clients in excess of a million dollars ($1M). Fewer than 1% of all U.S. attorneys are included. Both Robert J. Reeves and Arthur K. Aiken have been independently inducted as life members into this organization.

This organization is an “invitation only” group comprised of “America’s Top Trial Lawyers.” Membership is extended only to “the select few of         the most qualified attorneys from each state who exemplify superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and profile as civil plaintiff or criminal defense trial lawyers.” Both Robert J. Reeves and Arthur K. Aiken have been selected for membership into this organization from over 9,000 active member attorneys in South Carolina.

This group selects its members through a patented three step evaluation process, including peer nominations and review as well as third party research. Candidates are considered using twelve (12) indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. Robert J. Reeves was selected for membership in 2012 for South Carolina.
