Fort Mill Divorce Attorneys
Fort Mill Divorce Lawyer Thomas W. Holland Sr. 803.288.3885 firstname.lastname@example.org
Mr. Holland has been a practicing trial lawyer for over twenty (20) years. He began his career as a South Carolina prosecutor as an Assistant Solicitor with the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit (Union County), then a violent crime prosecutor with the Sixth Judicial Circuit, and finally, a Lancaster City Solicitor. Mr. Holland has also been appointed to be an Special Assistant United States Attorney and has acted as General Counsel for the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office. In addition to his private law practice, he also teaches as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of South Carolina at Lancaster where he lectures on Criminal Procedure, Policing/Criminal Courts, and other criminal justice courses.
From his years as a criminal prosecutor, Mr. Holland now utilizes that experience to aggressively represent individuals going through divorce as a Fort Mill family law attorney. He is very protective of clients and will not tolerate clients being bullied by their ex-spouses or other divorce lawyers. After having prosecuted real criminals, Mr. Holland is not afraid to fight for his clients in family court. If your spouse thinks they can intimidate you, they will have to face Tom Holland in deposition and in the courtroom. While our firm’s goal is to try and resolve divorce cases by agreement, that is not always possible. Sometimes, despite your best efforts, you have to litigate the issues. That’s when you want a former prosecutor by your side and on your team.
