Before trial, we negotiate on your behalf with the charging officer. Once we have a final proposal from the officer, we discuss your options, and then you decide what you want to do. In many cases, we are able to negotiate a “no points” solution that protects your driving record. Of course, you may have to pay additional fines, but your insurance rates remain the same.
