Authorities are charging a thief with burglary who allegedly stole four televisions from The Commons apartment complex in Fort Mill, according to police reports.
The televisions, including one 52-inch model, were reported stolen Thursday morning. York County Sheriff’s Office deputies found a broken window and spoke to a resident who saw a hooded man stop near bushes and repeatedly go into the bushes to retrieve items that were put into a car.
