Rock Hill Police searched for two men last Thursday morning who allegedly ran a stop sign, sped away from police, and struck a parked car, fleeing on foot. This occurred on Friedheim Road, and when the officer attempted to perform a traffic stop, the car sped away. Thereafter, the speeding car hit a parked car, and two of the men in the Cadillac ran; the other passenger stayed behind and was detained.
Police set up a perimeter in the area around Heckle Boulevard and Crawford Road, and the Rock Hill K9 unit searched for the men. The dogs eventually lost track of the suspects, and they are allegedly still on the loose.
