A Richland County, South Carolina man was arrested after leading police on a high-speed chase last Friday morning, ultimately crashing into another vehicle.  The 31-Blog-Handcuff and Jeansyear-old man was charged with DUI, disregard of a traffic control device, and failure to stop for blue lights.  Thereafter, he was taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.

The Richland County Sheriff’s Department reported that deputies attempted to make a traffic stop for an intoxicated driver at Two Notch Road, and thereafter the man sped away in the vehicle he was driving.  He led police on a chase and eventually collided with a vehicle at the intersection of Farrow and Wilkes Roads.  The driver of the victim vehicle was taken to the Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital with injuries.
